What You Can Expect
Over the course of three months, we’ll meet weekly to track your progress, address your symptoms, and walk through the personalized educational materials I’ve created for you. This program isn’t just about meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists (though you’ll get plenty of those). It’s about helping you understand how your immune system works — and how to support it long term. My goal is for you to leave feeling empowered, educated, and equipped with the tools to support your immune health for life. Because being healthy looks different for everyone, and I’m here to help you discover what it looks like for you.

We’ll begin by establishing a baseline for your immune health. If you haven’t completed my six-week Nutrition Counseling Program, I’ll recommend running foundational tests like CRP (inflammation), homocysteine, and food sensitivity panels. These results will give us valuable insight into your current immune function and help shape a personalized plan for moving forward.

This month, we’ll take a closer look at how chronic inflammation impacts your immune system — and why it may be keeping you from feeling your best. Remi Divine
I believe that food is medicine. I started Remi Rose Nutrition with the hope of helping people heal naturally in ways traditional medicine has lost. I originally set out to have a career in medicine, receiving an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, where I studied biology with an emphasis in integrative physiology. From there, I worked in the medical field, gaining experience with numerous medical clinics throughout the country. But during this time, I saw firsthand that the health care system is designed to treat symptoms and not the root causes of disease. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder in 2016, I found that traditional treatments failed to help me navigate my health. Feeling at a loss, I decided to dedicate my life to uncovering the ways we can naturally heal ourselves. I attended the Nutrition Therapy Institute to further my studies in the field of holistic nutrition and pursue a career using the natural healing qualities of our food. Now, I share this knowledge and help my clients combine personalized holistic nutrition practices with spiritual, mental, and physical support for a healthier, more-fulfilling life.

Do I need to take the Introductory Program first?
It is recommended to start with the Introductory Nutrition Program but not mandatory. This program is designed to evaluate your current lifestyle and nutritional habits and will allow me to get a deeper understanding of what dietary deficiencies you might have and how to improve them. Creating a baseline of wellness will help me better identify areas of growth so that we can set realistic and achievable goals. That said, if you would like to jump directly into one of my three-month holistic consulting packages, that is great too!
Why are there so many meetings?
I provide you the educational tools you need to succeed. Knowledge is the basis of a healthy diet, so through my educational resources and guides, you will become an expert on managing your own health. If you know what to eat and what it does for you, you will be empowered to make your own healthy choices.
What kind of support is available outside of the weekly meetings?
I am available during my business hours via text or email! I will get back to you as quickly as I can with questions or extra guidance. I want you to succeed, so I am always available as a resource to you.
What is the cost of each package and are there any payment plans available?
Each of the Holistic Consulting Packages is $3000 for the entirety of the three-month program. If a payment plan is needed just let me know, and we can discuss.
What results can I expect to see by the end of the program?
You will walk away being a more empowered, healthier version of yourself. My goal is to start you on the track towards living a more fulfilling life. While physical changes can take time, I will provide you with the nutritional guidance and education needed to get you on your way towards meeting your goals. You will be looking and feeling better with the help of my nutritional plans.
Are the programs suitable for people with specific dietary or medical restrictions?
Absolutely! I tailor the plan to you and your unique needs.
What topics are covered in the educational meetings?
We will cover areas of improvement that are individual to you! Examples might include how to navigate the food world, the basics of nutrition, your biology and how it interacts with nutrients, how to optimize your gut health, and more. The goal of these meetings is to provide you with the education needed to understand why you’re making the nutritional and lifestyle changes I’m suggesting, so that you are motivated to continue them moving forward.
How are the weekly educational meetings conducted?
The weekly educational meetings are each an hour long. We will cover in-depth topics that will help you improve your overall health. I will be providing educational guides to lead our sessions and will always leave time for discussion and questions. It is crucial that you understand why we are making changes and how they will impact you. Only then will you be set up for long-term improvement.
Why three months?
It takes a while to make lasting changes with your diet. By committing to three months, we can build habit changes together, and you are more likely to stick with it after completing the program. Through our weekly one-on-one educational meetings, you will understand why we are making certain changes and how you can continue to be successful on your own.
Why is this program so expensive?
Your personalized holistic nutrition program is designed to provide you with individualized attention and support to help you achieve your health goals. The program includes comprehensive assessments, personalized meal plans, ongoing support, and access to resources that are tailored to your specific needs.
How personalized are the consulting packages?
Outside of the greater theme of the program — digestion, immunity, hormone health — the consulting packages are entirely personalized for you! We will begin with the larger, overarching goals, and then I will tailor our lessons to your specific needs and situation as we continue through the program.
