Hi, I’m Remi, B.A., Nutrition Therapy Practitioner and founder of Remi Rose Nutrition. I created this practice to help women navigate their health with clarity, education, and personalized support.

I specialize in supporting women through hormonal concerns such as irregular cycles, hormonal imbalances, PCOS, thyroid disorders, fertility challenges, and nervous system dysregulation. My approach combines science-based nutrition with a food-first philosophy to help uncover the root causes of symptoms rather than simply masking them.

Through targeted nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and personalized guidance, I work with clients to support hormone balance and restore overall wellbeing. Healing takes time, support, and a realistic approach to sustainable change.

After struggling with my own hormonal imbalances, I experienced firsthand how frustrating it can be to search for answers in the doctor’s office and feel like symptoms are being managed rather than understood. That experience inspired me to build a practice dedicated to helping women feel heard, supported, and empowered in their health journey. My goal is to help women create lasting health habits, understand their bodies, and heal from the inside out.

I originally set out to pursue a career in medicine, earning my undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder where I studied biology with an emphasis in integrative physiology. After graduating and preparing to apply to medical school, I worked in an endocrinology clinic, a field I had always been particularly interested in. During this time, I began to see firsthand that much of our healthcare system focuses on managing symptoms rather than addressing the root causes of disease. I was especially surprised to see that many patients with diabetes were never given guidance on their diet or lifestyle.

My perspective on health changed dramatically when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, an autoimmune disorder, in my early twenties. After visiting doctor after doctor with little relief or clear answers, I experienced the frustration that so many people feel when navigating the traditional healthcare system. My symptoms were often dismissed, and I frequently left appointments feeling unheard and without real solutions. The common recommendation was simply to begin medication, with little discussion about how diet or lifestyle might impact my condition.

Struggling to accept that this was the only path forward, I began exploring a more holistic approach to healing in search of answers. Along the way, I experimented with countless diets, lifestyle changes, and wellness practices. While some helped and others did not, the process showed me just how overwhelming and confusing navigating your health can be without proper guidance.

A few years later, I began experiencing additional hormonal challenges when I started receiving abnormal Pap smear results at routine gynecological visits. Doctors recommended monitoring the situation with cervical biopsies to watch for potential cervical cancer, which was incredibly frightening as a 25-year-old. Once again, I felt like I was facing serious health concerns with very few answers about why they were happening or how to address the root cause.

This experience pushed me even further into exploring holistic health. I decided to come off birth control and began implementing significant changes to my diet and lifestyle, including focusing on an anti-inflammatory diet and structured fasting. Over time, these changes helped restore balance to my hormones and significantly improved my health.

Motivated by my own healing journey and determined to better understand the body, I went on to study holistic nutrition at the Nutrition Therapy Institute. There, I deepened my understanding of the body’s natural ability to heal and the powerful role that nutrition, lifestyle, and nervous system support play in long-term health.

I founded Remi Rose Nutrition to help women better understand their bodies and feel empowered in their health decisions. My goal is to make nutrition approachable, practical, and grounded in science while helping clients build sustainable habits that support hormone balance and overall well-being. Through personalized guidance and a food-first philosophy, I help women feel educated, supported, and confident in the choices they make for their health so they can truly feel their best.
