Personalized Nutrition | NYC & Virtually

I help women make sense of hormone symptoms and build a plan that actually fits real life. Through personalized nutrition, cycle-aware support, and holistic practices that calm and strengthen the mind-body connection, we focus on root causes—not quick fixes — so your cycle, energy, mood, and fertility goals feel more stable over time.

Root Cause
Focus

If you’ve been carrying symptoms for months (or years), it can start to feel like your body is working against you. Most women have been taught to either normalize the discomfort or power through it — and neither of those options creates real change.

My approach is to slow down and get curious. We look at what your symptoms are telling us, how they connect to digestion, stress, sleep, and nourishment, and what your body needs more of to function with less friction. Then we turn that into a plan that fits your real life — food, habits, and support that doesn’t require perfection to work.

You don’t need to “try harder.” You need the right support.

Every Symptom Is A Sign Your Body Needs More Support

If Any of These Sound Familiar, I Can Help …

PMS + Irregular Cycles

When your cycle feels disruptive, unpredictable, or both.

If your cycle brings intense PMS (cramps, bloating, headaches, mood swings) and/or unpredictable timing (long cycles, short cycles, spotting, missed periods), it can start to feel like your body is doing its own thing without you. But these patterns are often a sign that your system is under-supported — and that normal hormonal shifts are colliding with foundations like blood sugar stability, digestion, sleep, nutrient status, and stress load. Stress matters here more than most people realize: when your stress response is chronically “on” (often tied to elevated cortisol), it can influence ovulation, progesterone balance, energy, cravings, and how resilient you feel across the month. In our work together, we connect the dots and build steady, realistic support so your cycle feels more predictable and less disruptive over time.

PCOS

Support that’s individualized — not one-size-fits-all.

PCOS can show up in a lot of different ways — irregular cycles, acne, hair changes, cravings, energy crashes, mood shifts, or weight changes that feel stubborn no matter what you do. It’s also frustrating because generic advice rarely helps. We focus on your specific pattern, especially around blood sugar balance, inflammation, stress response, sleep, and nutrient support. The goal isn’t restriction — it’s steadier energy, fewer crashes and cravings, and a calmer internal environment that supports cycle regularity and hormone resilience over time.

Fertility Support

Building a stronger foundation for your body to work with.

Fertility support isn’t just about one hormone, one supplement, or one “perfect” protocol — it’s about creating a nourished, stable foundation that supports ovulation, cycle regularity, and recovery. If you’ve been tracking, trying, or simply wanting to feel more confident in your body, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed by advice. We simplify by focusing on what moves the needle: steady meals and blood sugar, key nutrients, digestion support, sleep, and stress regulation — then we tailor habits to your patterns so your body feels more resourced and supported.

Perimenopause

When your body changes the rules.

Perimenopause can feel personal and unpredictable — sleep changes, anxiety, hot flashes, brain fog, weight redistribution, cycles that suddenly feel irregular, or a stress tolerance that isn’t what it used to be. The goal here is not to chase perfection, but to stabilize foundations that hormones rely on when the body becomes more sensitive: blood sugar balance, protein and minerals, inflammation support, sleep routines, and nervous system regulation. We build realistic strategies that work with your life so you can feel steadier through the transition.

Thyroid Support

Energy, mood, metabolism, and cycles are connected.

Thyroid patterns can affect so much of how you feel — fatigue, brain fog, cold sensitivity, constipation, hair or skin changes, low mood, and cycle shifts. It can be especially frustrating when symptoms don’t feel “big enough” to be taken seriously. We take a full-picture approach because thyroid support often overlaps with stress load, digestion, blood sugar stability, and nutrient status. Together we build a supportive foundation — steady meals, key nutrients, digestion support, and stress and sleep routines — so your system can become more stable and symptoms can start to feel less loud.

Stress + Cortisol Support

Stress response can affect sleep, mood, and hormones.

If you feel wired-but-tired, wake up at night, rely on caffeine to function, or notice your symptoms get worse during stressful seasons, you’re not imagining it — your stress response can shape hormone health in very real ways. Cortisol interacts with blood sugar, sleep quality, inflammation, and ovulation, and it can make PMS feel louder, cycles feel less predictable, and energy feel inconsistent. We approach stress support without vague advice: we look at your daily rhythms, nourishment, recovery, and nervous system patterns, then build a practical plan that supports steadier meals, better sleep cues, and sustainable lifestyle shifts so your body can downshift and your symptoms can start to soften.

Not Sure What Support You Need?

You don’t need to have it all figured out to get support. If you’re dealing with symptoms and you’re not sure what’s driving them (or they don’t fit into a specific “box”), that’s exactly what we can sort through together. Reach out to have a chat what you’re experiencing and see what type of support makes the most sense for you.

Your Hormones Are Personal — But You’re Not Alone

Hi, I’m Remi!

I’m a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner (B.A.) and the founder of Remi Rose Nutrition. I studied biology with an emphasis in integrative physiology at the University of Colorado Boulder and worked in an endocrinology clinic before shifting into holistic nutrition — largely because I saw how often people were offered symptom management without real guidance on diet, lifestyle, or root causes.

I also know what it feels like to be the one searching for answers. In my early twenties, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and left too many appointments feeling dismissed and stuck. That experience is a big part of why I do this work today: to help women feel heard, supported, and empowered — with science-based, food-first guidance and full-body support that includes stress, sleep, digestion, and sustainable routines.

How My Hormone Support Program Works

3-Month Reset Intensive | 1:1 Holistic Nutrition Counseling

Over 12 weeks, I work with you 1-on-1 to understand what’s driving your symptoms and build a personalized hormone support plan that actually fits your real life. This is more than recipes or a “clean eating” reset — it’s a structured, science-based program that supports the core systems that regulate hormones: blood sugar and metabolism, stress and cortisol, gut and detoxification pathways, ovulation and progesterone health, and thyroid signaling.

You’ll receive individualized coaching, protocol adjustments, and education each month — with optional lab review when it’s helpful — so you’re not guessing what to do next. The goal is sustainable change you can feel: steadier energy, clearer cycle feedback, fewer “mystery symptoms,” and a plan you trust long after the 12 weeks are over.

Month 1

Stabilizing the Foundation

We start by mapping your symptoms and cycle patterns, then stabilize the basics that influence hormones every day — blood sugar, macronutrient strategy, sleep, and nervous system support. This is where many women feel the first shift: steadier energy, fewer crashes and cravings, and a calmer baseline to build on.

  • Symptom + cycle assessment
  • Blood sugar + meal structure
  • Cortisol rhythm + stress regulation
  • Micronutrient repletion foundations

Month 2

Gut Health + Detoxification

Next, we support the systems that help you process and clear hormones. We focus on digestion, inflammation, and liver pathways — because hormone symptoms often get louder when the gut is sluggish, the estrobolome is off, or detoxification isn’t well-supported.

  • Gut patterns + the estrobolome
  • Liver detox pathways (phase 1 + 2)
  • Inflammation + immune balance
  • Mid-program review + adjustments

Month 3

Ovulation Optimization

Once the foundation is steadier, we strengthen ovulation and progesterone production — a key piece for cycle regularity, PMS relief, and hormone resilience. We also review thyroid and metabolic signaling and create a long-term plan so your progress holds.

  • Cycle tracking + ovulation signals
  • Progesterone + luteal phase support
  • Thyroid + metabolic review
  • Maintenance plan + next steps

Program logic

Why Three Months?

Because hormone balance is built through real feedback over time — not a quick reset. Three months gives us space to observe cycle patterns, stabilize the systems that regulate hormones, and make adjustments based on what your body is actually doing.

See real patterns (not random weeks)

We can observe 2–3 cycles, track ovulation and luteal phase trends, and connect symptoms to timing — so you’re not judging progress based on one good week or one hard week.

  • 2–3 cycle windows
  • Ovulation + luteal phase feedback
  • Clear symptom timing

Stabilize the drivers of imbalance

Hormones respond best when the foundations are steady. This timeframe lets us support blood sugar and metabolism, stress physiology and cortisol rhythm, and gut/liver pathways — so your body has the inputs it needs to regulate.

  • Blood sugar + metabolic stability
  • Stress response + cortisol rhythm
  • Gut + liver support

Turn progress into a repeatable rhythm

Sustainable change takes more than good intentions. Over three months we build routines that fit your real life, troubleshoot obstacles, and leave you with a maintenance plan you can follow long after the program ends.

  • Personal maintenance strategy
  • Adjustments based on feedback
  • Clear next-step guidance
