The goal for this first month will be to determine a baseline for your gut health and develop a plan of action moving forward. If you did not take my six-week Introductory Course, I will highly recommend that you undergo some basic tests for food intolerances and microbial health. The results of these tests will go a long way towards determining the best course of action to get you to your goals.

Now that we’ve achieved a baseline for your digestive health, we’ll begin incorporating specific foods and seeing how your body reacts. I’ll be providing meal plans that include foods that will aim to improve digestion and heal any of the damage already done to your microbiome. We’ll discuss what it means to eat well and begin implementing holistic lifestyle changes that will both improve digestion and strengthen the mind-body connection.

Your wellness journey does not conclude after three months, so during this time I will be preparing you to take what you’ve learned and continue with healthy practices going forward. We’ll look at how your nutritional and lifestyle adjustments have affected your digestion so far and make any adjustments as necessary. You’ll leave the program with confidence and a solid understanding of how to maintain your new habits and practices.
