Hormone Support Program
Ready to feel more like yourself again — steadier energy, clearer skin, calmer PMS, and a cycle you can actually understand? My 4-Week Hormone Support Program is designed to help you support your hormones through food, nutrient strategy, and sustainable lifestyle shifts that work in real life.
This is a holistic, one-on-one experience that looks beyond your plate — because hormone symptoms are rarely “just hormones.” Stress, sleep, blood sugar, digestion, and daily rhythm all play a role. Together, we’ll connect the dots, build a clear plan, and create support you can carry forward long after the four weeks are over.
How It Works
My 4-Week Hormone Support Program is designed to help you establish a clear baseline for your hormone health — and then build a realistic plan you can actually sustain. We’ll start with a deep look at your symptoms, cycle patterns, diet, and lifestyle, along with a comprehensive food + nutrient analysis (and any testing you choose to incorporate, if applicable).
From there, we’ll meet weekly to track your progress, troubleshoot what’s coming up, and refine your plan as your body responds. You’ll be guided through targeted nutrition and lifestyle shifts that support hormone balance — including blood sugar stability, digestion, stress, sleep, and daily rhythm — so you’re not just “trying harder,” you’re making changes that stick.
By the end of the four weeks, you’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of your hormones, a personalized strategy you can continue using, and a clear path forward if you want ongoing support.
What You Can Expect
-
We’ll begin with a deep dive into your cycle history, symptoms, current diet, lifestyle, and health background. This is where I get to know you — what you’re experiencing, what you’ve tried, and what your body is asking for right now.
-
After completing a five-day food log, I’ll review your intake through a hormone-supportive lens — looking at blood sugar balance, protein and fiber, key micronutrients, inflammatory triggers, and gaps that may be contributing to symptoms like fatigue, cravings, acne, mood shifts, irregular cycles, and digestive issues.
-
Over four weeks, we’ll build a foundation of hormone-friendly habits using a whole-body approach. You’ll get guidance around stress support, sleep, movement, and routine-building, so your nutrition plan works with your life — not against it.
-
You’ll receive simple, nutrient-rich meal plans tailored to your body, preferences, schedule, and goals. No complicated prep. No “perfect diet” pressure. Just meals that support hormone balance and help you feel better week by week.
-
To make this easy, you’ll also get a curated set of recipes + grocery lists that align with your plan — so you’re not constantly wondering what to make, what to buy, or whether you’re doing it “right.”
-
Each week, we’ll meet 1:1 to adjust your plan, troubleshoot symptoms, and make sure you feel confident and supported. You’ll also receive individual nutrition counseling so you understand the why behind what we’re doing — and can apply it going forward.
Ease Your Symptoms
When your nutrition and daily rhythm aren’t supporting your body, symptoms can get louder — PMS, acne, cravings, fatigue, mood swings, irregular cycles, bloating, constipation, and more. This program helps you identify what’s contributing and build support that’s practical and sustainable.
Feel Your Best
What you eat affects how you feel — but hormone support isn’t about restriction. It’s about steady blood sugar, nourishment, and consistency. You’ll leave with a plan that makes sense for your symptoms and goals, and the confidence to follow it.
Maximize Your Diet
A “healthy diet” shouldn’t feel like a full-time job. I’ll help you create meals and habits that taste good, fit your schedule, and support your hormones — so you’re not stuck restarting every Monday.

Remi Divine
I believe that food is medicine. I started Remi Rose Nutrition with the hope of helping people heal naturally in ways traditional medicine has lost. I originally set out to have a career in medicine, receiving an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, where I studied biology with an emphasis in integrative physiology. From there, I worked in the medical field, gaining experience with numerous medical clinics throughout the country. But during this time, I saw firsthand that the health care system is designed to treat symptoms and not the root causes of disease. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder in 2016, I found that traditional treatments failed to help me navigate my health. Feeling at a loss, I decided to dedicate my life to uncovering the ways we can naturally heal ourselves. I attended the Nutrition Therapy Institute to further my studies in the field of holistic nutrition and pursue a career using the natural healing qualities of our food. Now based in New York City, I share this knowledge and help my clients combine personalized holistic nutrition practices with spiritual, mental, and physical support for a healthier, more-fulfilling life.
FAQs
What is the purpose of a diet analysis?
It helps us connect the dots. I’ll review what you’re currently eating and how it may be impacting things like blood sugar balance, nutrient status, digestion, stress load, and cycle symptoms. Then we build a plan that fills the gaps and supports your body more intentionally.
What if I don’t like cooking?
I tailor this plan FOR YOU. I take into consideration your lifestyle, cooking habits, and daily choices to make your personalized plan. I will give you the tools you need to succeed and tailor your personalized nutrition plan to accommodate your life/lifestyle, not the other way around.
What happens after the 4 weeks are over?
You’ll finish with a clear strategy, resources you can reuse, and the confidence to keep going. If you want continued support, you’ll also have the option to extend or transition into longer-term coaching depending on your goals.
Why is this program an investment?
Because it’s not a generic plan. You’re receiving individualized support: assessments, analysis, custom meal planning, recipes, weekly 1:1 sessions, and ongoing guidance — all tailored to your body and symptoms.
What if I have a health condition?
I take your health history seriously and will tailor your plan with care and safety in mind. If something is outside the scope of nutrition counseling, I’ll let you know and we’ll discuss the best next step.
What results can I expect?
Most clients notice improvements in clarity, confidence, and day-to-day symptoms within a few weeks — especially around energy, cravings, digestion, and PMS patterns. Long-term hormone healing can take time, but you’ll leave with a strong foundation and a plan you can build on.
How much does the program cost, and do you offer payment plans?
The 4-Week Hormone Support Program is $600. If you need a payment plan, reach out and we can discuss options.
How do I get started?
You can purchase your package directly through my site. If you aren’t sure if this is the right fit, I offer a free 20-minute consultation. You can schedule here or contact me at hello@remirosenutrition.com.
