Hormone Support Program

Personalized 3-Month Reset to Support Hormone Balance at the Root Source

Your hormones do not operate in isolation, and real change rarely happens in just a few weeks. This 3-month, one-on-one program is designed to help you restore hormonal balance by supporting the core systems that regulate it most: blood sugar and metabolism, stress and the nervous system, gut health, liver detoxification, ovulation, progesterone, and thyroid signaling.

Over 12 weeks, we take a personalized, root-cause approach to uncovering what is driving your symptoms, tracking patterns across multiple cycles, and building a strategy your body can truly respond to. Through targeted nutrition, lifestyle support, cycle tracking, supplement guidance, and ongoing education, you will learn how to work with your hormone biology — not against it — so you can create steadier, more sustainable improvements over time.

Long-Term Roadmap

3-Months of 1:1 Support

Who Is This Program For?

This program is for women who feel like something is off — even if they cannot fully explain it yet. Maybe your cycle feels unpredictable, your PMS has become harder to manage, ovulation seems delayed or unclear, or your energy, mood, and digestion are all pulling in the wrong direction. You may have already tried eating “healthier,” taking supplements, or waiting for things to settle on their own, but still feel like your body is asking for deeper support.

The Hormone Support Program is designed for women who are ready to look beyond surface-level fixes and address the systems that shape hormone health most: blood sugar, stress, gut health, detoxification, ovulation, and metabolic function. If you are willing to take a more root-cause, long-term approach, this program gives us the space to understand your patterns and build a plan that truly fits your body.

You may be in the right place if you’re dealing with...

Patterns that suggest deeper hormone, metabolic, or cycle-related imbalance.

Irregular menstrual cycles or unpredictable periods
Missing periods, delayed ovulation, or unclear ovulation signs
PMS, PMDD symptoms, or mood swings across the cycle
Fatigue, burnout, blood sugar crashes, or constant cravings
Bloating, constipation, or digestion that seems tied to your cycle
Low progesterone-type symptoms or difficulty supporting fertility naturally
Hormone imbalance after birth control or a general feeling that your body is “off”
Who this program isn’t a good fit for

This work is not designed for quick fixes, short-term detoxes, or those who are not willing to make meaningful lifestyle changes. It is a root-cause approach intended for women who are ready to support their hormones more deeply and consistently over time.

Program logic

Why Three Months?

Because hormone balance is built through real feedback over time — not a quick reset. Three months gives us space to observe cycle patterns, stabilize the systems that regulate hormones, and make adjustments based on what your body is actually doing.

See real patterns (not random weeks)

We can observe 2–3 cycles, track ovulation and luteal phase trends, and connect symptoms to timing — so you’re not judging progress based on one good week or one hard week.

  • 2–3 cycle windows
  • Ovulation + luteal phase feedback
  • Clear symptom timing

Stabilize the drivers of imbalance

Hormones respond best when the foundations are steady. This timeframe lets us support blood sugar and metabolism, stress physiology and cortisol rhythm, and gut/liver pathways — so your body has the inputs it needs to regulate.

  • Blood sugar + metabolic stability
  • Stress response + cortisol rhythm
  • Gut + liver support

Turn progress into a repeatable rhythm

Sustainable change takes more than good intentions. Over three months we build routines that fit your real life, troubleshoot obstacles, and leave you with a maintenance plan you can follow long after the program ends.

  • Personal maintenance strategy
  • Adjustments based on feedback
  • Clear next-step guidance
  • Remi has been such an important and helpful part of my health journey.

    Abby D

  • It made me feel empowered to start my wellness journey and I can see and feel a difference since I started.

    Haley J

  • I’ve tried so many constricting diets that left me miserable, but I finally feel like I have a handle on my symptoms and actually enjoy what I’m eating

Remi Divine

Hi, I’m Remi, B.A., Nutrition Therapy Practitioner and founder of Remi Rose Nutrition. I created this practice to help women navigate their health with clarity, education, and personalized support.

I specialize in supporting women through hormonal concerns such as irregular cycles, hormonal imbalances, PCOS, thyroid disorders, fertility challenges, and nervous system dysregulation. My approach combines science-based nutrition with a food-first philosophy to help uncover the root causes of symptoms rather than simply masking them.

Through targeted nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and personalized guidance, I work with clients to support hormone balance and restore overall wellbeing. Healing takes time, support, and a realistic approach to sustainable change.

After struggling with my own hormonal imbalances, I experienced firsthand how frustrating it can be to search for answers in the doctor’s office and feel like symptoms are being managed rather than understood. That experience inspired me to build a practice dedicated to helping women feel heard, supported, and empowered in their health journey. My goal is to help women create lasting health habits, understand their bodies, and heal from the inside out.

Your Roadmap to Lifelong Hormonal Balance

This program is designed to work with your body over time, not against it. Over the course of 12 weeks, we move through a structured process that helps uncover what is driving your symptoms, strengthen the systems that regulate hormones, and make strategic adjustments as your body begins to respond.

We start by looking at the full picture: your symptoms, cycle history, nutrition patterns, stress load, digestion, labs, and daily rhythms. Next, we identify where support is most needed. From there, we build a personalized plan focused on the foundations of hormone health, including blood sugar balance, nervous system regulation, gut health, detoxification, ovulation, progesterone support, and thyroid-related patterns.

As the program continues, we refine your strategy based on real-time feedback from your body. That may include cycle tracking, symptom changes, lab interpretation, nutrition adjustments, supplement support, and targeted education to help you understand why each piece matters. The goal is not to throw everything at your hormones at once. It is to create the right support, in the right order, so change feels more sustainable and your body has the space to truly respond.

Program Breakdown

Inside All 12 Weeks of Hormone Support

Month 1 — Stabilizing the Foundation

The first month of the program is focused on building the physiological foundation that hormone health depends on. Many women try to “fix” their hormones by jumping straight to supplements, but real hormone support starts earlier — with blood sugar stability, nervous system regulation, nutrient status, and the daily rhythms that help the body feel safe enough to ovulate and function well.

During this phase, we look closely at your symptoms, cycle history, labs, stress patterns, sleep, and metabolic signals to understand where support is needed most. From there, we begin strengthening the core inputs that influence hormone production and signaling: balanced meals, more stable energy, better stress resilience, improved circadian rhythm support, and targeted micronutrient repletion. This month is about creating steadier ground so deeper hormone work has something solid to build on.

Week 1

Symptom Mapping + Baseline Assessment

We begin by looking at the full picture: your symptom timeline, cycle history, labs, blood sugar patterns, sleep, stress load, and potential environmental contributors. This gives us a clearer starting point for your personalized plan.

Week 2

Blood Sugar + Macronutrient Strategy

This week focuses on one of the most important foundations of hormone health: blood sugar stability. We work on protein targets, balanced meals, fiber, carbohydrate timing, and practical habits that support steadier energy and better hormone signaling.

Week 3

Nervous System + Cortisol Regulation

Chronic stress can disrupt ovulation and make symptoms feel more intense. Here we focus on cortisol rhythms, circadian support, morning light, and simple nervous system practices that help the body shift into a more supported state.

Week 4

Micronutrient Repletion

We assess the nutrient foundations that hormone production depends on, including iron, magnesium, zinc, selenium, B vitamins, omega-3s, and vitamin D. The goal is to identify and begin supporting common deficiencies that can quietly drive imbalance.

Month 2 — Gut Health + Detoxification

In the second month, we shift into the systems that help your body process, metabolize, and clear hormones well. Once a stronger foundation is in place, we can look more closely at digestion, bowel regularity, inflammation, and liver detoxification pathways — all of which play an important role in hormone balance, especially when it comes to estrogen metabolism, bloating, PMS, and overall cycle health.

During this phase, we focus on improving gut function, supporting the estrobolome, reducing inflammatory load, and strengthening the nutritional and lifestyle inputs that help the liver do its job well. This is also the point in the program where many clients begin noticing clearer shifts in symptoms — whether that looks like less bloating, more stable mood, better bowel regularity, or more predictable ovulation signs. We also use this month to pause, reassess, and refine your plan based on how your body is responding.

Week 5

Gut Health + the Estrobolome

We assess bowel regularity, constipation, fiber diversity, and the foods that help support a healthier gut environment. This week also introduces the estrobolome and its role in estrogen recycling and hormone metabolism.

Week 6

Liver Detoxification Pathways

This week focuses on helping your body better process and clear hormones by supporting phase 1 and phase 2 detoxification. We look at cruciferous vegetables, sulfur-rich foods, amino acid support, alcohol intake, and toxin exposure.

Week 7

Inflammation + Immune Balance

Inflammation can quietly contribute to hormone symptoms and cycle disruption. Here we revisit blood sugar, omega-3 intake, exercise tolerance, and possible food triggers to reduce inflammatory load and support a more balanced internal environment.

Week 8

Mid-Program Review

This week is a chance to step back and assess progress. We compare symptom changes, review cycle shifts, revisit labs if needed, and adjust your strategy based on what your body is showing us so far.

Month 3 — Ovulation Optimization

The third month of the program is where we focus more directly on ovulation, progesterone production, and the deeper hormone patterns that shape the second half of the cycle. By this point, we have already spent time building metabolic stability, improving stress resilience, and supporting gut and detoxification pathways — which means the body is in a much better position to respond to more targeted hormone work.

During this phase, we look closely at ovulation signs, luteal phase health, thyroid-related patterns, and the factors that influence progesterone production over time. Clients learn how to better interpret cycle data, understand what their body is communicating, and leave with a clearer long-term strategy for maintaining progress. This month is about turning insight into confidence, so you are not just feeling better now, but better equipped to support your hormones moving forward.

Week 9

Ovulation Deep Dive

This week is focused on understanding ovulation more clearly through cervical fluid patterns, LH testing, and basal body temperature. We use these signals to better identify when ovulation is happening and what your cycle may be telling us.

Week 10

Progesterone + Luteal Phase Support

Once ovulation is better understood, we turn to supporting the luteal phase through nutrition, blood sugar balance, and targeted nutrients like magnesium and B6. We also look at patterns that may be contributing to PMS or PMDD symptoms.

Week 11

Thyroid + Metabolic Health

Thyroid health plays an important role in cycle health, ovulation, and energy regulation. This week includes a closer look at thyroid markers, iron and ferritin, temperature patterns, and the impact of chronic stress on metabolic signaling.

Week 12

Long-Term Maintenance

In the final week, we bring everything together into a personalized maintenance strategy. You leave with clearer next steps for nutrition, supplements, lab retesting, cycle expectations, and supporting your hormones through future stress, travel, and life changes.
