Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel good about your decision to work with us. Here is how refunds and cancellation work across everything we offer.

1. Rooted Membership

The Rooted membership is a recurring subscription billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. There is no free trial. Your membership renews automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime by emailing us at hello@remirosenutrition.com. When you cancel, your membership stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. We do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

2. Meal Planning Services

Our personalized meal planning is a one-on-one service prepared specifically for you. You can cancel before work on your plan has begun and receive a full refund. Once we have started building your plan, the fee is non-refundable, since the work reflects time already spent on your behalf. If your service includes scheduled sessions, please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule.

3. One-on-One Coaching

Our one-on-one coaching is personalized work prepared specifically for you. You can cancel before work on your plan has begun and receive a full refund. Once we have started, the fee for that month is non-refundable. We do review these situations case by case, so if something has come up, please reach out and we will do our best to find a fair solution. If your coaching includes scheduled sessions, please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule.

4. Ebooks and Digital Downloads

All ebook and digital download sales are final. Because these are delivered to you right away and cannot be returned, we are not able to offer refunds once a purchase is complete. Please review the product description before you buy so you know what is included.

5. General
