By purchasing any product or service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Due to the digital nature of products and immediate access to materials, all sales of digital products are final.

All coaching programs, including multi-month hormone programs, are non-refundable once services have begun.

Payment plans are binding agreements.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspended access to services or materials.

Early withdrawal from a program does not release you from remaining payment obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Specific cancellation or rescheduling terms for 1:1 sessions may be outlined in your individual Client Agreement.

Missed sessions without appropriate notice may be forfeited and are not refundable.

Refunds, if granted at the Company’s sole discretion, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

The Company reserves the right to determine eligibility for any refund.

By purchasing services or products, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting the Company to attempt resolution.
